Shoulder dislocation

So, I came across a young patient in emergency department, with hx of RTA bike vs car and landed on left side of body.

He was screaming in ED because of pain as he had left side shoulder dislocation. He was provided with pain relief and observed some pain relieved but not completely.

Xray was done which confirmed left side anterior Shoulder dislocation.

Shoulder reduction was performed in ED under moderate sedation successfully, Post reduction neurovascular examination and xray were fine. So discharged him with a sling in pain free condition.

It was a happy movement for all of us when you see your patient happy and satisfied when he came in screaming condition.
